Racer-X Rye

This week we released a Racer-X Rye. Last time I made this beer was in 2001. I use @ 31% rye malt, 2-row, a little munich and Bravo hops. I kept the bitterness level low to moderate so the rye flavor could shine through. I hope you enjoy it. This Friday, I will be brewing a tasty Wit beer. I will let everyone know when it is on tap. Organic Amber Recipe

Hello to all,
Just wanted to let everyone know that the Organic Amber is in its development stage. Meaning i am still working on the formula and taste. The 2 next batches, which are aging in my fermeters, have increased hop flavor but i left the bitterness alone. The next batches will be hitting the taps by June 1st. I would love comments on this new beer, especially since we are still in the design phase.
