Belgium sour beer / Cherry Luv


Does anyone love Belgium sour beer? Like Rodenbach? I aged Cherry Luv in my oak barrel for 6 months and it is full of micro flora and brettanomyces...yummy! I will be serving the 31 gallons sometime in late September.

Black Forest Schwarzbier now on tap

BFS is now on tap. I aged this batch 41 days!! Really happy with the flavors. We also just put another Wit on tap, used some chamomile this time, pretty tasty.

Great American Beer Fest 07

Some of you might notice that the Vienna is off tap, the nitro will also be taking a break. Sorry. This is all for a greater good. I need time to age my GABF beers nice and long. Specifically my Alt and in the Way, Black Forest Schwarzbier and Vienna. So in September we are going to be serving some awesome German beer but until then bare with us. Is anyone out there in cyberspace going to GABF this year?
