Farmhouse Ale now on tap

I just put our first farmhouse ale on tap yesterday. A farmhouse style ale is also referred to as a Saison. This style of beer developed in the region known as Wallonia, which is northern France and Southern Belgium. There is documentation leading back to the 1800's of these farm/breweries and there "provisional ale". Typically, the ale was brewed in the beginning of winter then stored until spring. A Saison should be light, refreshing and very complex. Golden in color, Squatters farmhouse ale has a nice Belgian yeast inspired fruitiness and spice, all yeast driven.
