Per Diem now on tap

Sorry for not posting in a while. Been working on some new beers. One of which I put on tap today.

Per Diem
Patterned after a Belgian Single, Per Diem is blond and refreshing with a hint of phenolic character derived from the traditional Belgian yeast used in the fermentation process. In monastic brewing the monks are allowed a daily ration of 1 glass of beer at lunch. The beer they drink is usually a Belgian Single. Per Diem is brewed in honor of these fantastic monastic brewers and their commitment to the production of great beer.

Come give it a try. I am working on producing a Belgian Golden Strong, bottle conditioned, corked and caged. Also, Holiday Nut Brown Ale will come on tap Monday the 24th at 4pm.
