The Brewers

Founding partners Peter Cole and Jeff Polychronis were a part of the American brew pub revolution from its beginning in the early 1980’s. Prior to opening Squatters, the pair embarked on a yearlong pub crawl, sampling beers throughout the west. With a swill and a swallow, and after many nights appreciating great beer, they decided that it was time for Salt Lake to have a brew pub of its own.

The Brewers

With the pub brewery operations currently overseen by Brewmaster Jason Stock. Squatters is still going strong after more than 26 years, and Jason continues to enjoy creating both new beer styles as well as providing Squatters loyal customers with their seasonal favorites.
